UK Spouse Visa
Overview
The UK Spouse Visa allows a non-UK partner of a British citizen or a person with settled status to live and work in the UK for an initial period of 30 months, extendable further.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be legally married or in a civil partnership
- Both partners must be 18 years or older
- Must intend to live together permanently in the UK
